This site started me into web development properly. The brief was a website where a new client for Alliance Print would be able to generate and order business cards according to the original designer's template. My company was originally going to look into off-the-shelf software, but I was given an evening to experiment first and the results were surprising. With the help of FPDF library, I was able to produce a page that presented a form and output a pdf to an iFrame. This was the basis for later development of the site. I was working on a rule-based system to generate cards to allow for multiple clients when I moved the code into the online stock ordering site and abandoned this iteration.
This site could create new cards, save them allow for card management, and order the cards. Admins could add users.
