I have too many interests. I'm also something of a practical, hands-on person. Professionally over the last several years I've focused on web development for my current employer, and for a few personal projects.
I worked in prepress for about 10 or so years, and I currently work at a printing company - sometimes given prepress overflow work.
I had a 4-year hiatus (sort of, I mean, you still have to earn a living..) when I did Creative Technologies (Hons) at AUT.
I've concentrated mostly on PHP and HTML/CSS and Javascript, keeping up with various technologies and incorporating them into my work.
At home I have multiple projects on the go, for example, I've dabbled with iOS development using Swift, Electronics and electrical engineering, building things for the home, musical pursuits with various instruments, learning a wide range of arts subjects, maths, history, politics, computer science... I like to learn and apply. I have a home of my own now, so that is the current project of multiple projects - currently installing a wired home network in every room, and building extra kitchen storage.
