While learning about HTML and basic web authoring so that I could produce The Other News, I was asked to create a new site for my employer at the time. My Collogue who was a designer drew up some concepts in Adobe Illustrator, and I used parts of that to create the page. The main page is sliced up, because that was the way you did it for some reason (yes I know the reason..). While it's fairly lo-fi, it looked a lot better than what it replaced.

It uses an iFrame to serve up the inner content. I used Dreamweaver.
